After purchase, you’ll receive a link to your digital tribute page. From there, you can easily upload photos, stories, and messages from any phone, tablet, or computer.

Yes. Your tribute page can be updated anytime, allowing family and friends to continue adding memories, milestones, and reflections for years to come.

Each legacy Lens is custom-made and typically ships within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

After your purchase, we’ll send you a welcome email with instructions. You can reply with the photo of your loved one. We understand that many of the most cherished photos are framed on a wall or tucked in a photo album.
If possible, please scan the photo at 300 dpi or higher resolution and send it to us in PDF or high-quality JPEG format. This gives us the best clarity for etching.
If you only have a photo of a photo, don’t worry. Our team of professionals will enhance it and make it ready for your plaque.
For images that require extra attention to detail, we may need additional time before shipping. If that happens, we’ll reach out to you directly.
